Drive the e-commerce growth of the luxury
womenswear brand, SALONI

The brand had already gained awareness thanks to a selected high end wholesale distribution predominantly
in the UK and in the US and a consistent impactful PR strategy (events and celebrity dressing).
After a successful retail development in London in 2020, the brand wanted to further grow the
Direct to Consumer business through its e-commerce website.

What We did?

After delivering an in-depth audit of the website performance and looking at each marketing channel KPIs, we drafted a 1 year strategic plan and roadmap to drive online growth. We have been accompanying the brand since 18 months now to implement all the following strategic levers to the best standards - as well as regular reporting tools to track performance and pilot e-commerce

Launching Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns to drive relevant audiences to the site and increase traffic - also attracting the prospects currently captured by the brand’s wholesale retailers. Constant optimisation of campaigns audiences, bidding strategies and creatives in order to scale
Reviewing the brand’s Email and CRM strategy - new email template, new tool, database segmentation, automated flows implementation, campaigns calendar etc...
Building an organic social strategy to ensure regular and on brand content production relevant to each social network. Also staffing the team with freelance ressource to implement the strategy and produce content
Implementing partnerships with marketplaces and affiliates to expand reach of the website offering
• Defining co-marketing plans with relevant wholesalers to leverage their online capabilities for the brand’s e-comm visibility
